- Supporting a respectful and positive team atmosphere

Staying Healthy On & Off the Field
To promote strong performance and wellness, we recommend:
Hydration is Key
Encourage your child to drink plenty of water throughout the day—before, during, and after practice. Staying hydrated boosts energy, focus, and performance.
Nutritious meals made with fruits, veggies, and proteins
Help your athlete eat balanced meals that include fruits, veggies, lean protein, and whole grains. Good food = great play!
Avoiding high-fat foods
Fried snacks and sugary drinks slow your child down. Teach moderation and make healthier choices part of the game plan.
Light workouts on off-days
Stay active between practices with a quick routine such as, a 1-mile run, 20 push-ups and, 20 sit-ups. It’s simple and effective keeping your game strong!
