General Manager – Jamel Jones
As the General Manager, Jamel is more than just a leader behind the scenes — he is a dedicated advocate for the youth, families, coaches, and community that make this organization special.
With a genuine passion for working with young people, Jamel takes pride in creating an environment where every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to be their best. Whether it’s on the football field, basketball court, or cheer floor, Jamel believes youth sports are about much more than winning games. They are about building confidence, discipline, friendships, leadership, and character that children can carry with them throughout life.
From organizing teams and events to supporting coaches, communicating with families, and making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly, Jamel is committed to giving every athlete an opportunity to grow and succeed.
For Jamel, this organization is personal. He understands that behind every athlete is a family making sacrifices, and he works hard to create a place where families feel welcomed, respected, supported, and connected.
The greatest reward is seeing a young athlete gain confidence, overcome challenges, discover their potential, and realize that they are capable of more than they ever imagined.
This is more than youth sports — it’s about building a family, developing leaders, creating opportunities, and making a lasting impact on the next generation.
Thanks,
Jamel

Coach Slim
8th Grade Coach
I love coaching because it gives me the opportunity to help young athletes
grow both on and off the field. Football has taught me a lot about
discipline, accountability, teamwork, confidence, and overcoming adversity,
and I enjoy being able to pass those lessons on to the next generation.
As a coach, I’m big on development and making sure every player understands
the game—not just what to do, but why they’re doing it. I believe in
holding my players accountable, pushing them to reach their potential, and
building their confidence along the way.
I’m also an active football player myself, so I’m constantly learning the
game and bringing that knowledge and experience back to the kids I coach.
My goal is to help develop better football players, but more importantly,
disciplined, confident young men who understand what it means to be part of
a team.
